Growth Marketing Pro is looking for a mid-senior level individual contributor that has both the technical and soft skills to own a book of client relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, provide client visibility to the rest of the team, know when and how to ask for help, and have a history of excellence in their previous work. All of this should be supported by their technical expertise, strong communication and organization skills, strategic marketing insights and project management experience.

This person should be able to research, develop, execute, and articulate a full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategy that is unique and relevant to each specific client. They should also exhibit an ability and desire to learn new skills in paid media and adjacent channels. in order to expand their own capacity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering successful paid acquisition campaigns across multiple ad platforms.
  
• Hands-on experience and demonstrable expertise in SEM, one or more paid social platforms, and marketing analytics (ie GA4).
  
• A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and subject matter.
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and communicate actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders from various forms of data.
  
• Project management skills that increase working capacity, clearly prioritize high-value work, and provide visibility to clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell stories that persuade others to take action.
  
• Has ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your marketing strategies + workflows.
  
• Business acumen - understands and pays attention to factors outside of paid media that affect the success of the client (other marketing channels, marketing automation, sales process, LTV:CAC, etc)
  

• Hands-on experience in creative strategy and development (ad creative, landing pages, etc.)
  
• Hands-on experience in multiple paid social platforms
  
• Working knowledge of reporting from Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, or any other CRM
  
• Working knowledge of tracking implementation and maintenance
  
• Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and concepts
  
• Deep experience in a specific vertical (B2B SaaS, ecommerce, professional services, healthcare, etc)
  
• Hands-on experience with SEO and content marketing
