We're looking for a Tech Artist and CG Generalist with experience in both Unity and After Effects, and a background in producing ads for mobile games.
Roles:
- Be an artistic product partner with engineers and product teams, helping to develop efficient and artistic tools.
- Become an expert in Sett’s proprietary tools.
- Conduct QA for Sett’s proprietary tools.
- Provide technical support to artists.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build a better product.
- Set up and create initial assets for newly onboarded games.
- Test Sett’s proprietary tools as they are developed.
- Develop efficient and optimized workflows for new tools.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to the development team.
- Serve as the focal point for artists' technical issues.
- Create documentation and tutorials for Sett’s proprietary tools to be used by other team members.
Requirements
MUST HAVE Experience in:
○ Unity - Professional - between 3-5 years
○ After Effects - Professional - between 3-5 years
○ 3D - Be proficient in at least one major 3DCC (3DS Max, Blender, Maya)
○ Producing ads for mobile games
○ Artistic inclinations
○ Keen attention to detail
● Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues to non-experts.
● Strong problem-solving abilities.
● Tech-savvy, proficient with GIT, and comfortable with code and experimenting with new
technologies.
● Product-minded, with an understanding of long-term solutions and user needs.
● Start-up mentality, adaptable to changing needs and able to react quickly.
● Infrastructure-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture.
● Expertise in Generative AI for image, video, and 3D creation; someone who stays at the forefront of this technology.
