About the Role

As a key member of the Strategy & Insights team, you’ll clean and structure raw datasets, deliver digestible narratives through dashboards and reports, and drive continuous improvement across internal reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and enjoys building order and value from ambiguity.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Data Engineers to structure raw data into clean, efficient, analysis-ready datasets
Use tools like SQL, Excel, and AWS QuickSight to create operational and compliance reports for internal and external audiences
Equip stakeholders with timely, comprehensible, and actionable information to support decision-making
Contribute to building scalable reporting frameworks that enhance business visibility and operational clarity
Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data-driven decisions

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Insights, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role
Strong command of SQL
Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity
Strong communication skills; able to translate complex insights into accessible narratives
Self-starter who takes ownership and executes with speed and quality

Preferred Experience

Experience with Python and/or Power BI
Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2)
Prior experience at a high-growth, fast-moving tech or health-tech company
Exposure to logistics-driven business models in healthcare or transportation
