🧠 Why This Role Matters
As the SDR Manager, you’ll play a foundational role in building and leading our Sales Development function. Your mission is to develop and scale a highperforming SDR team that fuels our revenue pipeline by connecting with data, engineering, and cloud leaders in forwardthinking enterprises. This is your opportunity to lead from the front—developing outreach strategies, coaching reps, optimizing tooling, and collaborating crossfunctionally with marketing and sales to turn prospects into longterm customers.

💼 What You’ll Do
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation.
  • Design and implement outbound sales strategies targeting key personas: Data Leaders, FinOps, Cloud Architects, and Engineering Executives.
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaign messaging and deliver coordinated GTM plays.
  • Use a datadriven approach to track team performance, improve conversion metrics, and forecast pipeline.
  • Own the SDR hiring, onboarding, and training processes to ensure fast rampup and longterm success.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to streamline SDR workflows and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align on ICP, lead qualification criteria, and account prioritization.

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with 2–3+ years in a team leadershipmanagerial role.
  • Experience at a highgrowth B2B SaaS company, ideally in the data, cloud or AI ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of the modern enterprise tech stack and how to engage technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with a passion for leadership and people development.
  • Handson experience with sales engagement and CRM platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Selfstarter mindset—you thrive in fastpaced, earlystage environments and love building things from scratch.
