Were seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer (IC5) to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering talent. Youll drive technical strategy, build scalable financial products, and take ownership of complex projects from conception to delivery.

WHAT YOULL DO: Support and mentor the engineers on the team, elevating overall team capability
Partner with the engineering manager for the technical roadmap and direction
Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to deliver both shortterm objectives and longterm strategic initiatives.
Design, extend, improve, and manage the complexity of our global financial products to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
Deliver highquality solutions and features with speed and endtoend ownership of your projects.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
10+ years of relevant experience, including experience at a highgrowth or earlystage fintech startup
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders to discover requirements and deliver a solution
Experience with our tech stack (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS)
Experience building enterprisegrade APIs and platformlevel features (web and mobile)
