Our client is looking for a Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer.
This is a full time, temp to perm role working West Coast Hours.
West Coast talent preferred
Candidates must be willing to travel by airplane when needed (primarily in California)
Must have experience creative social content videos
Agency experience preferred
Gaming, tech, or consumer experience preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced agency environment

From conceptualization to final delivery, you will be responsible for crafting engaging videos and impressive motion pieces that generate excitement and raise awareness for our partners. Video & Motion Graphics Design Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role where Advanced Editing, Design and Motion graphics skills are equally required
Create and edit video and motion graphics content, often incorporating audio mixing, color corrections, motion tracking and retouching to ensure a polished final product that aligns with client and creative team expectations
Support game capture efforts as needed, providing high-quality gameplay footage for use in trailers, promos and other video content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality work
Work from a range of inputs, from detailed briefs to minimal direction, in order to interpret project goals, pitch ideas, and proactively shape the creative
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and reviews, incorporating feedback to enhance creative output
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including producers, strategists, designers and account managers to shape video content that aligns with broader campaign goals and client objectives.
Create assets within an established brand identity while pushing the video direction forward
Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining organized project files and follow established naming conventions and file structures to ensure consistency and ease of collaboration across teams.
Model video production best practices and actively contribute to team learning by explaining tools, processes and creative decisions to increase overall video literacy across departments
Demonstrate knowledge of creative ad types on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
