Business Development Representative

55-65k Base, Uncapped 80-97k OTE plus Excellent Benefits

Fully remote – Open to candidates in Canada and key US biotech hubs (Boston, DMV, Raleigh-Durham, Seattle, Philly, Chicago, Houston, Austin, Pittsburgh)

This is a mission-led tech company transforming how scientific knowledge is shared — making it faster, clearer, and more accessible for researchers and institutions around the world. They’re scaling fast, and the sales team is already hitting quota across the board. Now they’re looking for a new Business Development Rep to help take things to the next level.

If you’ve got a few months of BDR/SDR experience under your belt, a hunger to learn, and the hustle to build a pipeline in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great next step.

$55–65k base
40–50% uncapped commission
Fully remote (US + Canada – specific regions only)
High-performing sales team hitting targets
Clear training, onboarding, and progression

What you’ll be doing:

Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualifying inbound interest and booking meetings
Managing the early-stage sales funnel
Working closely with Account Execs and Marketing
Tracking everything in HubSpot (or similar)
Staying curious, coachable, and consistent

What you’ll need:

6–12 months in a BDR/SDR or similar sales role
Confidence in outreach and lead gen
A proactive mindset — self-starter energy
Interest in science or tech is a bonus (but not essential)
Based in one of the approved US/Canadian locations
