Role Summary: 

The Senior UX Designer will be able to guide the  lead user experience strategy and execution for complex digital products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and researchers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and impactful design solutions. This role combines hands-on design work with stakeholder collaboration and mentoring of junior designers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

·                     Lead UX efforts across one or more digital products or services 

·                     Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys, flows, and design goals 

·                     Conduct or support user research and translate insights into design actions 

·                     Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that align with design systems 

·                     Review and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing 

·                     Support developers during implementation to ensure design quality 

·                     Contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices 

·                     Mentor junior designers and support design team collaboration 

·                     Challenge product requirements and stakeholders to ensure the most user-centric approach is taken
