Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Must be available to work during UK morning hours or an equivalent time zone
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Excel sheets containing content links and website references for social media posts

  • Download and organize photos and content materials for use on social media

  • Format content using Canva templates, following established brand guidelines

  • Schedule posts across platforms using the Later scheduling tool

  • Respond to comments and messages to engage with the online community

  • Create basic video content and Reels based on provided guidelines

  • Generate performance reports and conduct competitor analysis

  • Suggest new content ideas and engagement strategies proactively

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar


Requirements
  • Experience using Canva for graphic design and content formatting

  • Familiarity with Later or similar social media scheduling tools

  • Basic video editing skills for Reels and short-form content

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand formatting

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable using Excel for organizing data

  • Understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement
