We’re currently hiring an Implementation Manager to join the team of a fast-growing AI company transforming voice communication through automation and smart integrations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the client experience – guiding new customers through onboarding, integrations, and long-term success with the platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading onboarding and configuration processes for new clients

  • Supporting integrations with third-party tools (e.g. Zapier, Make.com, CRMs)

  • Troubleshooting technical issues, with support from the engineering team when needed

  • Delivering training sessions and creating help documentation (videos or articles)

  • Identifying ways to improve onboarding and support workflows

  • Working closely with customer success and support teams to ensure clients achieve their goals



Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in Implementation, Technical Support, or Customer Success

  • Strong communication skills – able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms

  • Understanding of CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple onboarding projects at once

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

Nice to Have

  • Background in AI, SaaS, or voice/telecom platforms

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL (not required)

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role
