• Master and utilize proprietary construction software to reconcile bank transactions with precision and accuracy
  
• Maintain professional email correspondence with city officials regarding construction permits and regulatory requirements
  
• Generate and process invoices for construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including payment collection and follow-up communications
  
• Provide comprehensive administrative support through the client’s specialized software platform
  
• Support multiple general contractors’ back-office operations as the client base expands
  
• Contribute to streamlining construction business operations through efficient software-based solutions
  

• Proven experience in basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
