Responsibilities
Transform monthly receipt processing by reconciling transactions with appropriate categories in QuickBooks Online, bringing order to financial chaos
Generate comprehensive financial reports and maintain pristine bookkeeping records that drive business decisions
Calculate and track essential business metrics including labor efficiency ratios and income/payroll ratios, providing valuable insights for strategic planning
Serve as the professional voice of the company by managing email communications and responding promptly to customer inquiries
Streamline scheduling operations through calendar management and integration with modern tools like Calendly
Process and respond efficiently to customer requests through the Jobber software system, ensuring no opportunity is missed
Create eye-catching marketing materials including brochures and PDFs using Canva, contributing to business growth
Conduct competitive research and market analysis during seasonal slower periods, providing strategic intelligence
Provide versatile administrative support across various business functions as opportunities arise
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online for comprehensive bookkeeping and financial management tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional email management and customer interactions
Experience with modern scheduling tools like Calendly or similar platforms
Creative design capabilities using Canva or comparable design software
