Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Transform monthly receipt processing by reconciling transactions with appropriate categories in QuickBooks Online, bringing order to financial chaos
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports and maintain pristine bookkeeping records that drive business decisions
  • Calculate and track essential business metrics including labor efficiency ratios and income/payroll ratios, providing valuable insights for strategic planning
  • Serve as the professional voice of the company by managing email communications and responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Streamline scheduling operations through calendar management and integration with modern tools like Calendly
  • Process and respond efficiently to customer requests through the Jobber software system, ensuring no opportunity is missed
  • Create eye-catching marketing materials including brochures and PDFs using Canva, contributing to business growth
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis during seasonal slower periods, providing strategic intelligence
  • Provide versatile administrative support across various business functions as opportunities arise

Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online for comprehensive bookkeeping and financial management tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional email management and customer interactions
  • Experience with modern scheduling tools like Calendly or similar platforms
  • Creative design capabilities using Canva or comparable design software
  • Strong independent work ethic with proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
