Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.

Job Type: Full-time



Responsibilities:

Agentic Content Repurposing & AI Workflows

  • Design, build, and manage AI content agents and SOPs to:
  • Slice long-form content (e.g. podcasts, webinars) into short-form, high-impact assets.
  • Automatically generate social captions, video snippets, email campaigns, quote graphics, and blog extracts.
  • Create multi-platform post variations based on a single core piece of content.
  • Schedule posts using AI-enabled workflows that reduce human involvement.
  • Continually improve and document prompt chains, agent behaviors, and templates to scale marketing efforts.

Content Publishing & Platform Automation

  • Oversee the automated and semi-automated distribution of content across:
  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • Email (EDMs), blogs, landing pages, case studies
  • Ensure content accuracy, formatting, and on-brand alignment while leveraging automation wherever possible.

Campaign & Lead Flow Support

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to build and maintain:
  • Lead magnets and nurturing workflows using AI tools.
  • Campaign assets that are easily re-used and re-generated by agents.
  • Systems to track performance, auto-report on KPIs, and iterate on content fast.

Cross-Team Integration & Content Mining

  • Work across Sales, Ops, and Recruitment to extract content nuggets:
  • Win stories, team wins, recruitment insights, client quotes, raw footage.
  • Use structured prompts and AI agents to turn these into publishable assets quickly.


Requirements

  • 2+ years in content marketing or digital execution—with a strong bias toward automation and systems thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools: ChatGPT (advanced prompting), Descript, Opus Clip, Midjourney, Make/Zapier, Claude, or similar.
  • Comfort designing AI workflows or automations—you’ve built something that saves hours, not minutes.
  • Strong grasp of marketing repurposing logic: how to extract 10–20 pieces of content from one raw source.
  • Clarity in execution: you can publish, manage timelines, and push work live—but only after you’ve tried to automate it first.
  • Confidence working asynchronously: you don’t wait to be told what to do; you propose systems to make the team faster.
