Job description

Job Overview:
      
      We are seeking a proactive and articulate Sales Assistant to support a growing land origination firm working at the intersection of landowners and renewable energy developers (solar, wind, battery storage, and data centers). The Sales Assistant will serve as the first point of contact with landowners, helping to build relationships that support the development of clean energy infrastructure across the U.S.
      This role is critical in setting the foundation for successful partnerships by making outreach calls, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining clear communication records. You will report directly to the Sales Lead and work closely with the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to landowners using internally generated lead lists
  • Leave clear, professional voicemails when direct contact is not made
  • Set up and schedule meetings between landowners and the business development team
  • Follow communication scripts and protocols while adapting to various conversations
  • Track and record outreach activity accurately in internal systems
  • Assist with written communication, such as confirmation emails or follow-ups
Qualifications:
  • Real estate experience is required
  • Previous experience in a phone-based outreach, appointment setting, or sales assistant role within real estate
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
  • Strong written communication skills; candidates may be asked to complete a short writing task during the screening process
  • Comfortable making calls, with an understanding that leaving voicemails is common
  • Professional, organized, and proactive in managing tasks and schedules
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while being receptive to feedback
