This is a remote position.
Confirm candidates are not already in talks with internal recruitment teams.
Source and screen qualified psychiatrist candidates.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Verify licensure eligibility with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
Support candidate immigration processes.
Ensure consistent communication between candidates and hiring leads.
Conduct related marketing efforts to attract talent.
Start Date: August 20, 2025
End Date: January 20, 2026
Potential Extensions: Up to 3 extensions, 6 months each
Location: Interior region, British Columbia (remote sourcing acceptable)
Experience Level: Expert (minimum 10 years of relevant experience)
Education: Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field
Proven experience in physician recruitment, particularly psychiatrists
Familiarity with British Columbia's licensing and immigration processes
Must not charge candidates any fees
Must not be a U.S.-based consultant (U.S. suppliers excluded)
