MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE PHYSICIAN/PSYCIATRIST RECRUITMENT

This is a remote position.

• Confirm candidates are not already in talks with internal recruitment teams.
  

• Source and screen qualified psychiatrist candidates.
  

• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  

• Verify licensure eligibility with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
  

• Support candidate immigration processes.
  

• Ensure consistent communication between candidates and hiring leads.
  

• Conduct related marketing efforts to attract talent.
  

Engagement Details:

• Start Date: August 20, 2025
  

• End Date: January 20, 2026
  

• Potential Extensions: Up to 3 extensions, 6 months each
  

• Location: Interior region, British Columbia (remote sourcing acceptable)
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience Level: Expert (minimum 10 years of relevant experience)
  

• Education: Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field
  

• Proven experience in physician recruitment, particularly psychiatrists
  

• Familiarity with British Columbia's licensing and immigration processes
  

• Must not charge candidates any fees
  

• Must not be a U.S.-based consultant (U.S. suppliers excluded)
