Operations Engineering Intern

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency?
As Virtuagym continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and curious Operations Engineering Intern to join our Operations Team!

This is a remote internship based in Colombia, where you’ll collaborate with our global teams. We’re a remote-friendly company, so you can work from home.

What This Internship Looks Like:

As an Operations Engineering Intern, you’ll dive into the heart of our business processes, systems, and tools. You’ll support projects that optimize team workflows, automate tasks, and ensure data flows smoothly across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and others.

Working closely with our Lead Operations Engineer and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help design scalable solutions that improve how we operate as a global company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the day-to-day operations by maintaining and improving internal systems and tools.

  • Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies across departments (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) and proposing process improvements.

  • Collaborate on projects involving automation of manual workflows and data entry tasks.

  • Help troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and work on solutions.

  • Maintain documentation for internal tools and systems to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Learn and work with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, DOMO, Zapier, and more.
