Role Overview

Endor Labs is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 2–5 years of experience focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud. This role is centered on supporting sales operations through platform optimization, data integrity, automation, and reporting.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce environment, gathering requests from business stakeholders, and implementing solutions. You’ll have the support of experienced Salesforce developers and integration engineers for more technical or third-party projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
  • Create and manage fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, flows, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support end users.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers on third-party tool integrations.
  • Maintain data quality and support role/permission management.
  • Optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency across the sales team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its use in sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with flows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Security, Development etc.) are a plus but not required.
  • Fluent english communication skills.
