Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join our company on a remote basis, working from anywhere within the European Union (preferably Portugal or Poland).

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team. You’ll help manage the sales process, track leads, and ensure that documentation and follow-ups are handled smoothly and professionally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales-related documentation

  • Assist in the creation of proposals, quotes, and presentations

  • Follow up on leads, demos, and customer communications

  • Coordinate internally to gather relevant product and compliance information

  • Ensure timely responses to client requests and documentation needs

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales function

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher) is required

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Located in the European Union (Portugal preferred)

  • Available to work on a Service / B2B Agreement.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or SaaS

  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
