Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded tech startup building its first customer support team. They're hiring Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to support their rapidly growing user base for an AI-powered tool that's transforming how developers write code.
Requirements
As a member of the Customer Support team, you’ll handle support tickets. The company is operating at high speed, so the ability to stay organized and work independently is key.
The ideal candidate will have a background in or familiarity with STEM-related industries such as tech, SaaS, data, IT services, engineering, or scientific tools and platforms.
A paid training program, expected to last around 2 to 3 weeks, is scheduled to start on July 28, 2025.
