Job Description

As a Digitalization & Automation Trainee, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming our purchasing processes:

Automate repetitive manual tasks by deploying cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (TecLead, Power Automate).
Collaborate with IT and purchasing teams to understand business needs, test, and launch new digital solutions.
Document & Train: Create clear user guides, workflows, and training materials to maximize adoption.
Support our internal stakeholders by resolving standard SAP MM issues and empowering users through knowledge sharing.
Innovate: Identify recurring bottlenecks and proactively suggest automation opportunities that drive meaningful improvements.

Qualifications

What You Bring

You’re currently enrolled in university (Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field) through at least January 2026.
Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Interest — or first exposure — to RPA, process automation, or ERP (especially SAP MM).
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; experience with SAC, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a big plus.
Previous experience as an intern or working student is welcome, but not required.
Team player with great communication skills in English (German a plus).
Available 25-40 hours per week and ready to make a real impact!
