Are you passionate about storytelling and ready to launch your career in communications? We are looking for a creative and motivated Communications Trainee to support our Purchasing community. Bring your fresh perspective and help us drive digital transformation across the organization!

What You’ll Do:

Support the development and distribution of engaging internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and success stories.
Create compelling content for platforms like the intranet, presentations, and newsletters.
Coordinate and maintain internal communication materials, templates, and branding guidelines to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with project leads to communicate key updates, milestones, and best practices.
Contribute to training materials and awareness campaigns on sustainability, digital tools, and supplier collaboration.
Assist in planning and organizing internal events, workshops, and webinars to foster knowledge sharing and engagement within the Purchasing community.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (enrollment required through at least January 2026).
Able to commit at least 25 hours per week (up to 40 hours possible).
A skilled writer and editor, with a flair for clarity and tone in internal communications.
Interested in topics such as digitalization and organizational transformation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of visual design tools such as PowerPoint or Canva is a plus.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; German skills are an advantage.
Previous internship or working student experience in a similar field is a plus.
