WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the successful execution of cloud transformation projects, with a focus on Agile delivery practices, cross-functional coordination, and client engagement. Acting as a trusted partner to both technical teams and client stakeholders, the TPM ensures project objectives are clearly defined, timelines are met, risks are managed, and outcomes align with business goals. This role bridges technical execution with client-facing communication, enabling successful delivery within fast-paced, evolving environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to our Resource Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work remotely to oversee the full lifecycle of cloud-related projects—from infrastructure migrations to cloud-native implementations. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams. Your leadership will ensure delivery stays on track, risks are mitigated, and the project’s outcomes are aligned with business goals. You will also facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage all aspects of execution, communication, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices (DevOps, CI/CD)
Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and familiarity with hybrid delivery environments
Experience delivering technical projects within enterprise cloud transformation contexts
Excellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skills
Skilled in Jira (including Advanced Roadmaps), Confluence, Smartsheet, and common collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation projects, including infrastructure migrations, platform modernization, and cloud-native implementations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans aligned to Agile delivery practices.
Lead project planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and day-to-day coordination of tasks and dependencies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
Provide clear, concise reporting on project status, risks, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
