Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Marketing Designer who can translate strategy into high-converting creative assets across social media, email, and landing pages—while safeguarding each client’s unique brand voice. You’ll be collaborating daily with copywriters, paid media specialists, and CRO strategists to concept, build, and iterate designs that perform.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment, understands what drives conversions, and knows how to balance brand aesthetics with performance goals.

Responsibilities
  • Design static, carousel, and short-form video assets for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

  • Adapt creative quickly to different formats, platforms, and specs

  • Create responsive email templates and modules aligned with campaign objectives

  • Wireframe and build conversion-optimized landing pages using Webflow, Unbounce, and GoHighLevel

  • Implement A/B testing variants and iterate based on performance data

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across channels and clients

  • Collaborate with account teams to stay on brief, on brand, and on time

  • Proactively audit design libraries and propose quick-win optimizations

  • Stay current on design trends within the beauty, wellness, and DTC space



Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing design, ideally within beauty, wellness, or e-commerce

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)

  • Advanced proficiency with Webflow, Unbounce, and GoHighLevel – able to translate Figma or Sketch layouts into live pages

  • Strong understanding of CRO principles, email best practices, and platform-specific ad specs

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a data-driven, fast-paced setting

  • Comfortable using Slack, Asana/Jira, and Google Workspace

  • Bonus: familiarity with motion graphics, Lottie animations, or lightweight video editing
