Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Kronos Workforce Management solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Kronos systems to meet business needs.


  • Develop, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central applications to meet organizational requirements.
  • Integrate Kronos with other enterprise systems, including ERP and HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Design and implement Kronos solutions for time and attendance, scheduling, and absence management.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos applications and integrations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce data and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security standards.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of Kronos modules such as Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
  • Experience with Kronos API and integration techniques to connect Kronos with other systems.
  • Proficiency in Kronos reporting tools and SQL for developing custom reports and queries.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and how they integrate with Kronos systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
