Responsibilities:

Assist new hires and associates in setting up their email, communication tools, and internal system accounts
Provide first-line support for IT-related inquiries from associates
Support in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and accessories
Help install and configure software, systems, networks, and mobile devices
Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel as needed
Document common problems and solutions to improve response efficiency
Ensure data protection and compliance with IT policies

Requirements

Familiar with Windows and/or Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Eager to learn, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
