We’re a fast-growing creative and marketing agency working with innovative brands across lifestyle, tech, and e-commerce. Our team thrives on speed, strategy, and quality—delivering social-first content, performance marketing, and creative production at scale. We’re now expanding our outbound efforts and looking for a Part-Time SDR to own and optimize cold outreach.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented SDR to handle cold email and manual outreach campaigns. You’ll work closely with our sales lead (Daniel) to generate qualified leads using tools like Apollo and Instantly, and track them through our CRM. Your goal is to help us start more high-quality conversations with the right prospects.
Pull and clean targeted lead lists from Apollo.io
Upload, launch, and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly
Write and test A/B variations of email copy (subject lines, hooks, CTAs)
Monitor deliverability, open/reply rates, and optimize based on results
Do manual outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram DMs
Qualify responses and pass leads to our sales team via CRM
Maintain a clean, updated outreach pipeline and document performance
Proven experience running cold email campaigns using Instantly, Lemlist, or similar tools
Strong command of English copywriting, especially short-form outreach
Familiarity with lead scraping/segmentation in tools like Apollo
Highly organized, self-starter, and comfortable working asynchronously
Ability to manage your time and report weekly insights
Bonus: Experience in creative services, agency offerings, or B2B SaaS
Experience using HubSpot, Pipedrive, or other CRMs
Familiarity with creative/marketing industry prospecting
Basic knowledge of brand and performance marketing language
Ability to help with prospect research, building custom icebreakers, etc.
