This role is not for spectators. You’ll need stamina, systems thinking, and a bias toward action. Expect chaos. Bring order.

Own Launches – Build and run go-to-market plans for locations. Research, plan, align, execute. Zero to one.
Analyze & Decide – Use data to find leverage. Spot bottlenecks, move fast, make calls.
Systemize Everything – Build processes that scale. Automate or eliminate.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution – Get product, growth, legal, CX, and finance moving in sync. No silos.

You

MBA or equivalent in consulting, ops, strategy, or startup grit.
