Work Type: Will start part time and will transition to full-time if proven fit for the role
Working Hours : overlapping Head of Sales & Marketing’s schedule (9pm to 12am Manila Time)

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Email Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outreach campaigns and help us penetrate the Canadian market in three key sectors: Managed Service Providers (MSPs), K–12 and higher education institutions, and senior care companies.
The ideal candidate has experience designing and executing email prospecting campaigns that generate qualified leads, build pipelines, and open doors to decision-makers.
You will be responsible for researching prospects, crafting personalized outreach strategies, managing campaigns, and continuously optimizing to improve conversion rates.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and build prospect lists across Canada in the MSP, education, and senior care sectors using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
Craft highly targeted and personalized cold email sequences to engage decision-makers and generate interest.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align outreach strategies with business goals and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open, click, reply, and conversion rates) and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Maintain and update CRM with prospect and campaign data.
Stay current on market trends, industry challenges, and competitor activity in the Canadian market to inform outreach.
A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and calls-to-action to optimize results.
Follow up promptly with interested prospects to qualify leads and set meetings for the sales team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B email lead generation, with demonstrated success in driving qualified leads.
Proven track record generating leads in one or more of the following sectors: IT services/MSPs, education, healthcare/senior care.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling outreach emails.
Familiarity with Canadian business culture and decision-making processes is a plus.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email automation platforms (e.g., Mailshake, Woodpecker, Reply.io).
Must be skilled at prospecting tools and data platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo). —Apollo experience is a must
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.
Self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
