About Us:
We’re a boutique public relations agency known for crafting standout campaigns across lifestyle, parenting, design, fashion, and wellness brands. We work with local clients to drive earned media, build brand trust, and spark conversation. Our team is agile, creative, and detail-obsessed — and now we’re looking for a like-minded Account Director to join us remotely.

About the Role:
We’re searching for an exceptionally organised and process-driven Account Director with strong PR and influencer experience. This is a high-responsibility role suited to someone offshore who can confidently manage media and influencer lists, oversee content tracking, build reports, and keep everything moving behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with our internal and client teams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks — from campaign tracking and asset management to reporting, pitching, and proposals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in spreadsheets, understands the nuances of PR, and brings a calm, solutions-focused energy to everything they do

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Gifting & Management

  • Source, track, and manage influencer lists for seeding programs
  • Ensure gifting is executed seamlessly, with all deliverables documented and content usage logged
  • Monitor influencer output and ensure timely delivery against agreed KPIs
  • Liaise with internal teams to share high-performing assets and post-campaign insights

Client Support & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate campaign assets and send them to clients in a timely, branded format
  • Own the timeline and delivery schedule of multiple client projects concurrently

Reporting & List Management

  • Build and maintain detailed media, influencer, and client contact lists across verticals
  • Oversee regular reports: coverage tracking, influencer metrics, post-campaign summaries, and content roundups
  • Maintain immaculate records and systems using Google Sheets, Excel, Dropbox, and reporting platforms

Media Relations & New Business Support

  • Support with press pitching by preparing and distributing hi-res imagery and press materials to targeted media lists
  • Assist with new business proposals, helping prepare decks and pull stats, imagery, and case studies
  • Research potential leads for outreach and send pre-drafted emails on behalf of the senior team

Requirements

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing (agency experience essential)
  • Proven track record of managing backend campaign logistics and reporting with precision
  • High-level proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Dropbox, Google Drive, and media monitoring tools
  • A natural organiser who loves structure, workflows, and detail
  • Excellent written communication and a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Available for some crossover with Australian time zones for handover, meetings, and updates

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working remotely or offshore for a PR or creative agency
  • A background working with Australian or global lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Comfort working with influencer management platforms and media databases
