Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to drive excellence in campaign execution, lead management, and marketing performance across channels. This role is essential in ensuring that marketing activities are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with both commercial and employer branding goals.

You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution—leading operational initiatives, improving processes, and managing a small team and external suppliers to bring impactful marketing programs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign & Event Execution: Ensure seamless rollout of marketing campaigns and event activations across multiple channels. Manage all logistics — from branded materials and on-site setup to attendee experience—ensuring alignment with ICPs, messaging, and strategic goals. Manage budgets for campaigns, events and branded materials.
  • Content & Asset Operations: Coordinate the production, adaptation, and rollout of content kits (e.g., event materials, testimonials) in collaboration with design and video teams. Ensure all digital and physical assets meet branding, compliance, and scalability requirements across industries.
  • Lead Generation & CRM Management: Implement lead generation initiatives while maintaining and optimizing CRM systems like Dynamics. Ensure data flows support industry-specific targeting, GDPR compliance, and contribute to unified performance tracking and reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Client Alignment: Serve as the operational link between strategists, business development, and client-facing teams. Support standardized onboarding/offboarding flows, manage testimonial workflows, and ensure transparency across stakeholder loops.
  • Performance Reporting and Operational Governance: Maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Tableau. Track campaign and tactic performance, ensure accurate attribution, and uphold GDPR and internal compliance standards in all activities.
  • Process Optimization and Cross-Team Collaboration: Identify and implement automation and tooling improvements to streamline marketing operations. Support knowledge sharing and documentation, facilitate communication in cross-functional settings, aligning also with IT, procurement, and DPO teams to reduce operational risk.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives: Support employer branding efforts through coordinated campaigns and content activation, that aligns with talent attraction and retention strategies.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Manage a team of colleagues and collaborate with different suppliers, fostering collaboration and accountability. Provide mentorship, allocate responsibilities effectively, ensure planning and delivery acoording with marketing objectives.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, including campaign execution, event logistics, and performance tracking across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and marketing automation tools, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Background in B2B tech or professional services marketing, with extensive experience supporting business development efforts and delivering industry-specific campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align execution with strategic marketing goals.
  • Experience in managing a team, including people engagement, performance tracking, and fostering collaboration.
  • Excellent project management skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Planner, Jira, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Miro, Hotjar, video/design collaboration workflows, or similar creative production tools.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, compliance standards, and data governance, especially in relation to CRM and lead generation workflows.
  • Fluent in English language
