Job description

NEOSUN Energy is an international company developing and supplying commercial solar power plants and energy storage systems (ESS) with capacities from 200 kW to 10 MW for commercial and industrial projects worldwide.

With a successful sales track record and established methodologies, we’re now seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to build a robust global sales structure, expand our presence across various countries, and ensure the consistent achievement of sales goals in international markets. 

This is possible remote position. 

 

Area of responsibility:

  • Full responsibility for commercial sales and business development in the global market.
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of company sales and revenue plans.
  • Sales development, including the opening of new divisions and sales departments in new regions, building a matrix structure for the Sales Global Team.
  • Managing Sales managers in branches and monitoring their implementation of sales plans.
  • Search and exploration of sales opportunities, and the completion of the sales-related performance indicators through the operation of the market and customer relationship.
  • Prepare annual plans, monthly sales and P/L sales reports.
  • Be an advocate for the brand and company, be fully immersed with the product portfolio.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, tradeshows, conference and relevant meeting as leading company representative.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of sales experience (preferably in solar energy or a related field) with a proven track record in high-value deals (between $100K – $1M per deal).
  • 3-5 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Experience in building sales teams from scratch and creating a matrix structure.
  • Project management experience to cover whole sales cycle.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies and funnel management, with a commitment to apply them effectively in competitive markets.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics and integrity.
  • Fluent or native English is required (C1+).
  • University degree in Technical of Engineering discipline is an advantage.
  • Willingness for frequent business trips to the client’s location and HQ.
