About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer with experience in building design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and high-quality technical drawings, models, and plans for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for building projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into accurate technical plans.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Conduct revisions and updates of drawings based on feedback or design changes.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and drawing files.
Support the team in reviewing design feasibility and suggesting improvements.
Work with other team members to ensure seamless integration between architectural, structural, and MEP designs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CAD Designer, preferably in building or architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard CAD software.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and structural requirements.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
