About the Role

Our Finance Transformation team is expanding, and we're seeking a Manager to join our extensive community of problem-solvers. The Finance Transformation team brings our mission to life by cultivating a diverse and ambitious group that pioneers innovative solutions to tackle the most critical challenges faced by our clients.

At this exciting juncture, we are redefining corporate transformation by integrating AI and technology to reimagine how finance functions bolster business strategies. We are on the lookout for passionate leaders to enhance our team and help our clients to optimise operations, cut costs, manage risks, leverage talent, and fundamentally uplift their businesses. By working closely with tech partners such as SAP, Microsoft, and Oracle, you'll assist in redefining the future of finance. Flexible work options abound in a people-focused, tech-powered environment, where your strong communication abilities will be crucial in fostering onsite client relationship building.

You'll lead in solving complex problems using your expertise in:

  • Defining and executing finance strategies

  • Enhancing processes, planning, performance, and reporting

  • Uniting all functions to empower Finance through AI and technology

  • Partnering with the data and analytics team to craft innovative solutions like Finance-specific chatbots

In our Finance Transformation team, your influence will manifest through:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams and developing relationships with client stakeholders

  • Conducting analyses, deriving insights, and producing first-rate outcomes

  • Assisting clients in defining their finance strategies and refining processes with digital technologies

  • Generating high-quality project deliverables, including reports and models, and contributing to proposals and thought leadership initiatives
