AV Technicians & Helpdesk Support Specialists are responsible for managing AV equipment onsite at our conferences and providing remote technical assistance and onboarding support to staff. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and customer service who can thrive in both fast-paced live event settings and virtual support environments. The position requires travel approximately once per month and offers a dynamic opportunity to work across multiple departments and technologies.
