Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations, assist with the recruitment process, and help ensure a smooth employee experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both HR and talent acquisition efforts, working closely with the HR and Recruitment teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in the full recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including collecting documentation and updating employee records
Maintain and update HR databases and employee files (digital and physical)
Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related events
Draft employment letters, rejection emails, and other HR correspondence
Assist with payroll preparation and tracking employee attendance or leave records
Help organize internal initiatives such as engagement activities, training programs, or surveys
Respond to internal HR-related queries and requests from employees in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
Support performance review cycles by tracking deadlines and collecting feedback
Collaborate with the HR and Recruitment teams on process improvement projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong understanding of HR functions (payroll, benefits, performance reviews, onboarding/offboarding)
Experience supporting recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
