Job Title: Functional Area Analyst ll 

 

Location: Virtual 

Other Consideration: U.S. Citizen (Required)  

 
The Functional Area Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned functional area for our VA client. The role involves data analysis, process evaluation, and recommending solutions to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities 

Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.  
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership.  
Monitor performance metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications 
 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Proficient in data analysis and related software tools.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
