The Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager, Email to drive the development of data-driven features for our email product. This role will focus on enhancing email coverage, quality, and engagement through innovative product initiatives and ensuring data privacy compliance.

What You'll Do
  • Successfully launch at least two new data-driven features for the email product within the first 12 months, leading to a measurable improvement in email coverage, quality, and engagement
  • Contribute to the product roadmap for email data initiatives, prioritizing features based on business impact and technical feasibility
  • Partner with the Campaign Manager marketing team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email data quality and utilization, providing regular reports to stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and address potential data privacy compliance issues related to email data, ensuring all product initiatives adhere to relevant regulations
  • Establish and maintain clear documentation for all new and existing email data products, ensuring easy understanding and adoption by internal teams

  • Requirements
  • 3+ years in product management or a related role, with a significant focus on data products
  • Demonstrated experience with email automation platforms / hygiene tools / and other email automation related tools
  • Prior experience in the life sciences industry
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and data teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strategic thinker with a strong customer focus and a passion for solving complex problems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Compensation
  • Base pay: $60,000 - $120,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
