About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for performing remote pacemaker, ICD (defibrillator), and loop recorder checks.

  • The role includes coordinating and managing device data across multiple software platforms such as Murj and vendor websites.

  • Responsibilities also involve processing Holter monitors and interpreting EKG cardiac rhythms.

  • Communication with all CIS clinics is a critical part of the role to ensure timely and accurate sharing of device information.

  • The role requires accurate scheduling, billing, and documentation in both paper and electronic medical records.

How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward:

  • Ensure continuity of care through timely and accurate remote monitoring of cardiac devices.

  • Support CIS clinics by acting as a central resource for device-related communication and follow-up.

  • Promote high-quality patient care by identifying critical rhythm changes and coordinating necessary follow-up appointments.

  • Contribute to patient safety and clinical outcomes through diligent management of device checks and Holter monitor processing.

  • Uphold CIS standards by maintaining compliance with documentation, HIPAA, and corporate procedures.

  • You have strong knowledge of EKG rhythms and basic arrhythmias, essential for device and telemetry interpretation.

  • You possess or are willing to obtain NCET certification within one year.
