About the Role:

This position is responsible for performing remote pacemaker, ICD (defibrillator), and loop recorder checks.
The role includes coordinating and managing device data across multiple software platforms such as Murj and vendor websites.
Responsibilities also involve processing Holter monitors and interpreting EKG cardiac rhythms.
Communication with all CIS clinics is a critical part of the role to ensure timely and accurate sharing of device information.
The role requires accurate scheduling, billing, and documentation in both paper and electronic medical records.

How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward:

Ensure continuity of care through timely and accurate remote monitoring of cardiac devices.
Support CIS clinics by acting as a central resource for device-related communication and follow-up.
Promote high-quality patient care by identifying critical rhythm changes and coordinating necessary follow-up appointments.
Contribute to patient safety and clinical outcomes through diligent management of device checks and Holter monitor processing.
Uphold CIS standards by maintaining compliance with documentation, HIPAA, and corporate procedures.
