The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II will support cross-functional teams by gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of BI solutions. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights and supporting data governance and quality initiatives, particularly for Debit and Credit data.

Day In The Life:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of BI solutions, semantic layers, and data products.

  • Analyzing large datasets to generate insights for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with Data Science to develop models and advanced analytics.

  • Promoting data governance, quality standards, and consistent data definitions.

  • Acting as a consultant on data best practices, architecture, and process improvement.

  • Providing training and support on governed data sources and tools.

  • Gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

  • Support the design and enhancement of BI products and semantic layers.

  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned data domains.

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, validate data, and generate insights.

  • Collaborate with Data Science on model development and advanced analytics.

  • Deliver consultative insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.

  • Maintain data definitions, metadata, and lineage documentation.

  • Enforce data governance standards and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Assist in identifying and resolve data quality issues.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Prepare documentation for product and marketing releases.

  • Build strong relationships across business units and external partners.

  • Lead training sessions and contribute to user education materials.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Administration is preferred.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Business Analyst role, preferably in the payments industry.

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience working with large datasets, identifying trends, and delivering insights.

  • Exposure to product development or business consulting is a plus.

  • Project coordination experience preferred.

Pay Equity

$67,700.00

to

$86,300.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
