Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST with 1 hour of unpaid break

Client Timezone: Central Time (Memphis, Tennessee)


Scope:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Morning-focused schedule to align with driver dispatch operations

  • Access to comprehensive knowledge base with written instructions and video tutorials

  • Work with multiple systems including PortPro dispatch system, dial pad communication platform, and billing software

  • Direct integration into company team and processes



Responsibilities:
  • Monitor driver status and movement using dispatch tracking system each morning

  • Verify driver locations against scheduled appointments and delivery timelines

  • Communicate with drivers via text messaging and phone calls to obtain status updates

  • Send customer status update emails regarding shipment progress and delivery information

  • Process incoming work orders through digital mailbox system

  • Review and verify work order information matches system-extracted data

  • Create load entries in dispatch system after verification

  • Handle data entry tasks in billing system, often duplicating and modifying existing records

  • Escalate urgent issues or discrepancies to management promptly

  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems

  • Ability to follow detailed step-by-step processes

  • Experience with CRM or dispatch systems preferred
