Admissions Committee Consultant - Occasional, Remote


A Day in The Life:

The Admissions Consultant (Occasional) will join our team to lend their expertise to the development of programs, content, and other projects that will assist students on their medical school and residency journeys. This is a project-based role with absolute flexibility that can easily fit into even the busiest of schedules.

  • On an occasional basis, you’ll be asked if you can contribute to exciting projects that may include: Content creation, updating, and editing; program development, participation in webinars, and product development in areas related to your expertise and experience
  • Collaborate and share your ideas with our outstanding team of leading medical professionals
  • Work from anywhere, and set your own hours

We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

  • Have admissions committee experience within the department of medicine (Preference given to those who are current or former deans/directors).
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada
  • Ability to work independently and participate in self-directed learning
  • Possess tech-savviness
  • Do not work for other test prep companies
  • Seek a long-term role, not a short-term gig
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, verbal & communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, showing a strong work ethic and managerial attitude 
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free private room with a door and access to an ergonomic setup and high-speed internet (minimum download speed of 40 Mbps).
