Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an Event Specialist/Manager in Mexico to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting a major pharmaceutical client.

Events Specialist / Manager will centrally manage and ensure the understanding,
implementation, execution, tracking, and optimization of virtual events and webinars
hosted by our global affiliate colleagues, including the campaigns aimed at driving
attendance to those events. Turn the multichannel content and rules as defined
and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by our stakeholders within the local
countries into a series of workflows, deliveries, and event configurations within the
standard marketing automation toolset, Adobe Campaign, and/or our standard webinar
solution, SpotMe & Cvent.

Work with the team to design and develop virtual events and campaign content templates and processes, as well as work to ensure understanding and adherence by local stakeholders to the predefined service and setup In addition to programming workflows, deliveries, and event configurations, also modify and maintain landing page templates using some creative coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Main tasks:
  • Deliver high-quality virtual events & campaigns: Ensure events run smoothly, meet deadlines, and adhere to global standards.
  • Optimize events & campaigns: Provide expert advice to stakeholders and collaborate on improving event templates and processes.
  • Maintain clear communication: Guarantee global markets understand virtual event services and ensure smooth collaboration between specialists for successful event delivery.
  • Manage technical aspects: Work independently and with others to maintain landing pages, email templates, and technical workflows.
  • Ensure data access: Guarantee analysts and data specialists have the information they need for reporting and analysis.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration digital marketing or marketing Technology preferred, or bachelor’s degree in technical studies.
  • Previous experience with technically configuring virtual events and webinars
    Nice to have experience with Cvent.
    Knowledge in SpotMe and Zoom is preferred.
  • Over 2,3 years of demonstrated experience in marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign is preferred)
  • Adobe Campaign certification is a plus (Business Practitioner is OK, Developer is an added plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure, dynamic situations are a must while it is not constant, there will be times that one must deal with changing requirements, competing priorities, and challenging stakeholders.
  • Openness to learning new tools and technical concepts is a must; should be able to demonstrate ability to quickly grasp new topics and concepts.
  • Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy, or other project delivery environment; or experience in Service Center set ups, including process optimization
  • Previous experience with blending business/marketing topics and technical topics to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences.
  • Client management skills, including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and deescalating incidents that impact customers.
  • Past exposure to email marketing concepts; HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred
  • Previous exposure to databases and data management concepts, including SQL and ETL skills; knowledge of web calls and interfaces is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Human Pharma marketing, including webinars, is a plus
  • English (as native). The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English – the job will be 100% in English, including interfacing with other native and non-native English speakers
