What You'll Be Doing
Investigate & Identify: Analyze collection operations to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey and uncover improvement opportunities.
Translate Customer Voice: Collect, interpret, and prioritize customer feedback and demands, turning insights into clear technical requirements.
Bridge Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges.
Drive Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven strategies to increase debt recovery rates.
Connect the Dots: Serve as the crucial link between business needs, data insights, and technology solutions.
