Job Description
As a Business Information Analyst, you will:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, primarily using MS Dynamics and Power Platform
Work in an Agile team to deliver on customer promises
Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions within the company's architectural framework
Collaborate with various stakeholders and liaise with suppliers
Guide changes through analysis, configuration, and testing phases
Contribute to the development of CRM Dynamics along six key pillars of customer service strategy
Requirements
HBO/WO level education with relevant professional training
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at the intersection of Business and IT
Experience with configuring and/or testing in an Agile development environment
Ability to create technical architecture within the company's architectural vision
Knowledge of commercial processes and customer relationship management
Experience with Agile working methods
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales, and Power Platform is highly desired
