We are excited to announce openings for Counter Employees at our bustling food service establishments across The Netherlands - multiple locations available - Accommodation included!

As a Counter Employee, you will be at the heart of our operations, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, handling payments, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring the counter area is always clean and welcoming. Working within a fast-paced environment, your aim will be to provide excellent customer service and a memorable experience for all our guests. The Process

Our hiring process is designed to be convenient and remote, ensuring a smooth transition for you from application to becoming an integral part of our team, with continuous support throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Transaction Management: Handle cash and card payments accurately, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standards, prioritizing quality and consistency.
  • Counter Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter, utensils, and equipment to adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and restock supplies proactively to prevent disruptions in service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to maintain seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
  • EU citizenship or possession of a Dutch Resident Permit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
