Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 35,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant would be:

• Administrative Support:
o Manage and organize emails, scheduling, and calendars for the team or executives.
o Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
o Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
o Handle data entry, maintaining databases and CRM systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Communication & Correspondence:
o Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
o Assist with client inquiries, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer service.
o Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the supervisor or team.
o Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, reports, and other documents.
• Project Assistance & Coordination:
o Provide support with various ongoing projects, assisting with research, coordination, and tracking progress.
o Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
o Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Social Media & Online Presence Management (if applicable):
o Assist with managing social media accounts, including posting content, responding to messages, and tracking engagement.
o Support content creation for blogs, websites, or newsletters.
• Task Management:
o Assist with organizing and prioritizing daily tasks and activities.
o Help prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action items for meetings.
o Maintain and manage files, ensuring that documents are well-organized and easily accessible.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
o Support with any additional administrative tasks or personal tasks as needed to assist the team or supervisor.
o Perform research or gather information for business development, marketing, or internal processes.


Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant:

• Degree qualification is required; additional certification in administrative support, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
• Experience working remotely and managing multiple tasks independently is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
• Experience with CRM or database management software is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and software as required.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
