Job Description

The Group Manager will lead the enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management Program, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across all digital assets. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between security, IT, development, and compliance teams to drive timely and effective risk mitigation

SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Group Manager will lead the enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management Program, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across all digital assets. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between security, IT, development, and compliance teams to drive timely and effective risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle, from detection to closure.
  • Leading technical audits to validate remediation efforts and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining governance frameworks, policies, and procedures related to vulnerability management.
  • Managing vulnerability scanning tools, reporting platforms, and integration with ticketing systems.
  • Providing executive-level reporting and metrics to track program effectiveness and risk posture.
  • Driving continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
