Profitroom- Empowering hotels directly

Currently, we are looking for a SEO Specialist to be a part of our amazing Digital Team. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing SEO strategies for hoteliers across the globe. Your success will directly contribute to our mission to empower hotels to maximize their occupancy rates and enhance their share of direct bookings!

Daily activities:

  • Planning, executing, and overseeing tailored SEO strategies for luxury hotel clients—from on-site and off-site optimizations to regular performance reviews and strategic adjustments aligned with business goals.
  • Conducting comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, link, local SEO) and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Managing and optimizing website content in collaboration with copywriters, as well as planning and executing link-building strategies.
  • Monitoring SEO performance through tools and data analysis to improve visibility for key terms.
  • Communicating directly with clients—providing updates, presenting results, and supporting ongoing SEO initiatives.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (Web Development, Support, Paid Campaigns, Sales) on SEO-related tasks and website migrations.
  • Contributing to internal process improvements and exploring new digital marketing and AI-driven opportunities relevant to the hospitality industry.


Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in SEO or a similar role, including hands-on SEO strategy, audits, and client communication.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Previous experience in digital marketing agencies or media houses with direct client communication.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer SEO, and other SEO tools.
  • Technical Understanding: Good grasp of technical SEO and how HTML/CSS work (coding skills not required).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish (C2) and at least B2 level English.
  • Link Building: Solid knowledge and experience in link-building techniques.
  • Organization: Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Involvement in implementing AI-driven or process-improvement initiatives.
  • Previous work with international markets (e.g., UK, South Africa, Nordics, Spain, CEE).
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Czech/Slovak, etc.).
  • Advanced analytical capabilities.

Recruitment process:

1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes).

2. Role and Team fit interview with Hiring Manager (up to 60 minutes).

3. Home assignment.
