Job Description

This Appointment Setter position offers an incredible opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in revolutionary AI and mapping technology solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in the company’s growth by connecting with prospects across US and European markets, generating qualified leads that directly contribute to business success. Responsibilities
  • Conduct 80-100 professional outbound phone calls daily to engage potential clients across US and European markets
  • Execute strategic follow-up email campaigns to nurture prospect relationships and maintain engagement
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, directly contributing to revenue generation
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions in company CRM systems
  • Utilize established databases and advanced sales tools including Apollo.io and company dialer systems
  • Achieve minimum target of 10 qualified meetings per month while striving for excellence
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment quality and conversion rates


Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales roles with demonstrated success
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral, professional accent
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and outbound calling techniques
  • Flexibility to work US/Europe coverage hours
  • Background in software, AI, or technology industries is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to achieving targets and contributing to team success
