Account Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact to assigned Brokers & Account Executives throughout the loan process.
- Conduct daily review of active pipeline and identify appropriate client follow-up actions.
- Review documents prior to submitting to underwriting to ensure underwriting conditions are met.
- Organize, index, and evaluate imaged documents via Encompass.
- Work closely with all related external parties and internal departments to move loans through the process to provide up to date statuses and ensure targeted closing dates are met.
- Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, governing regulations, including compliance.
- Identify and resolve issues and escalate to management as appropriate.
- Additional related duties may be assigned, as required.
Qualifications:
- Non-QM experience needed
- Thorough knowledge of Encompass required
- Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
